Is the current low fee environment a sign of little demand for Bitcoin transactions or it is a hint on the fact that Lightning is scaling it? - Walton

How much of the growth of LN will be driven by other layers (cashu, ark, etc.) and how much to assets built on it?

Tx volume of stablecoins is way higher than the one of Bitcoin, so it probably will be the second.
