The Trumpian way being practiced in the EU. Suggest something outrageous, then back off to something terrible but somewhat less so, and hope that everyone agrees because it's not quite as bad as the first... Banning anonymity is still a huge step in the direction of totalitarianism, probably the event horizon, from which freedom can never recover, ever. And banning children and youth from installing programs on their own computers, which smartphones are... That's just stupid. If it had happened in the 90's, 00's, with PC:s, I'd say the majority of today's experts in programming and other IT stuff would be working in some completely different field, and we wouldn't be anywhere near where we are today in this technology.
