What's your favorite salt to cook with so far?

I have a feeling that this one will be my favorite among the ones I can buy in the US.
I like Japanese salts or South East Asian (Vietnam? ) sea salts, too.
Himalayan pink salt is easy to use as they are dry.
I am running low on Redmond's, so I'll see if I can source this salt of the sea!
I never heard of Redmond (I am looking up now)! Bookmarked.
I bought at their store. They had so many salts displayed that I was super excited ha
