Write a South Park episode about bodybuilding
Title: Pumped Up Protagonists
Opening Shot: Gym in South Park, where Randy Marsh and Gerald Broflovski are arguing on the bench press about which one of them is better at lifting weights.
Plot: Randy and Gerald are obsessed with bodybuilding and want to participate in "Mr. South Park" competition, which is the ultimate bodybuilding competition held in the town. The winner gets to rub it in everyone's face and bask in glory for the rest of the year.
As they walk around town, they meet up with Cartman who is also training for the event. The two of them convince Cartman to show them a few tricks and tips on bodybuilding. Cartman sees this as an opportunity to finally get the upper hand and beat Kyle, whom he thinks might be participating in the competition. However, Kyle is skeptical of the whole competition and thinks it's a waste of time.
Meanwhile, Stan is concerned about the damage caused by excessive exercise and tries to warn Randy and Gerald about the dangerous consequences of steroid abuse and the pressure of body image that can affect one's mental health. However, they ignore his advice and continue on with their training.
On the day of the competition, the audience is stunned by the size and definition of Randy and Gerald's muscles. Cartman is also impressive but slightly concerned with his deteriorating health due to steroid use.
The judges, who are none other than the town's very own doctor and his nurse, are appalled by the unnatural size of the competitors and decide to disqualify them. Kyle, who had refused to take part in the competition, becomes the unexpected winner.
Closing Shot: Randy and Gerald, slightly humbled by their defeat, sit at the bar lamenting their love-hate relationship with bodybuilding. Stan joins in and reminds them of the importance of a healthy lifestyle and the acceptance of one's body, no matter how it looks.
The End.
