I scrolll Nostr with a neutral face and a sort of subtle smile, it’s almost a titter.

I scroll twitter with a strain and a grimace.

My experience exactly, but you have to become aware of it. I now almost dread opening it.

I still get work and leads through twitter so can’t quit it soon. Just try to optimise it more
