I fucking hate Gen X but I do acknowledge their struggle to stop the past madness going forward. As a millennial I used to argue with the old timers a lot until I understood that everyone does their best given the circumstances. Hopefully the new classes will do even better.
Remember kids, no matter how much you dislike your elders, the government banks of you to fight each other and other imaginary targets. Instead, focus on what you can build yourself without draining your powers against the system of the beast.

I agree, GenX were too passive with the Boomers and should have stopped their shit a long time ago. However, we were MASSIVELY outnumbered... They were the baby boom generation after all. They were the start of the Ponzi scheme in the 70s and milked it for all it had. Individually we can cut people slack, but as a generation they were a disaster for everyone.
Gen X has been kept out of every position of power on purpose because we would have turned the tables upside down. The previous generation didn't move away from their chairs. Check the ages of politicians. Gen X have never been invited to rule the country. We were the real revolution not the boomers with their love and peace and weed. But yet.. who cares, we can repair our cars, homes and we do not need a doctor so the rest of society can go to hell.
I would also say, some Boomers made businesses,were self employed and contributed to society, but others made more money just flipping houses and doing buy to let on Gen X and Millennials as though we too stupid to sort our own accommodation out and need their fucking help.
If at an individual level, more had decided to be moral, the world could be different. You don't need a majority to make impactful change.
Put yourself in their shoes. Wouldn't you have flipped houses like Rich Dad Poor Dad? 😅

You probably live in the western society. Here in the east the boomers largely feed on government aid, subsidies and such. Most are dying of cancer now literally. Nature is undefeated. I love that bitch!
There is this anecdote about how Alexander the Great told his followers he wanted to be buried, with his hands out of the casket to show the world he ain't bringing nothing material to the other side.
They literally "fix" the infrastructure here everyday in the same places on rotation and nobody bats an eye. The masses deserve what's coming to them. They keep oj voting harder tho.
It is also the same in the west. Many of the Boomers gave themselves cushy government jobs with lavish salaries and pensions undreamable in the private sector whilst gaslighting that the private sector earns more.
The corruption runs deep too, rotating government contracts for example to fix roads taking years and years. The scam is very obvious.
My sympathy has also ran out, the boomers have been dropping like flies after jabbing themselves endlessly. Many still wear masks they so brainwashed.
Here's the funny part. Gov jobs pay better on average than the private sector over here. Now people are panicking because the deficit is huge and gov is raising taxes again. It's like a very bad soap opera.

You hate gen X because we do not need the government help to survive and we do not care about rules. The main issue in the new generations is their faith in humanity, experts and university diplomas.
Nobody distrusts the gov more than I do. Most gen X I know are deep into the stocks casino. Also, I corrected to "hated" because this is no longer the case. I don't think about them at all.
