Alby isn't a an app, it's a browser based wallet that has an extension feature that allows you to store your keys as well as zap on Nostr. If you are looking for a wallet that has an app, check out exodus.

Exodus has SOL and ETH in their photos on the App Store. I can’t in good faith recommend a wallet that puts those tokens on the same level as bitcoin.

If someone wants to pay in any other crypto, I'll take it, then immediately convert to btc, no different than taking fiat for payment. Shitcoins have their place and if someone likes it for whatever reason who am I to judge (well I do judge) then I convert it.
