What ever happened to bread stores? Does anyone else remember them? These little stores that only carried bread and snacks. Like Hostess and Little Debbie snacks. It was always cheaper than the grocery store. Did big grocery kill them? #asknostr

They didn’t bake any bread though. It was all pre packaged stuff. Like the bread aisle of a grocery store with all the different brands.

No idea why that would be needed for. We have at least 4 bakeries in our little town. I wouldn't be surprised if there are even more that I don't know of.
