What are all the messages I see with the hashtag #gnostr that contains only numbers? Is it a king of #spam? I cannot understand them and I'm curious.

People make bots that keep creating npubs & spam this kind of shit. Why I don't know but the worst bot of all is Dm-reporter posts a public log of everyones dms.
Yeah I saw some post of dm reporter. I'm confused by this post because generally spammer posts are done to capture the reader in their trap, but this post with only numbers are nonsense.
