Decided to do this rather than from the fan port for the 12v power to the Vonets wifi adapter off the control board. These Vonets handle between 5-24v depending on the model but usually range 5-15v without the need for a step-down adapter.
Feeds power directly from the 6-pin socket on the bottom.
