I haven’t used seedsigner but it gets excellent reviews. Adds some security by not even storing your seed phrase on the device, as I understand it.

And that’s correct - no way to un-sign a nostr event. Some clients and relays have a quasi-delete feature but it only “deletes” a note from those specific clients lol
