Oshi Ground Beef Bowl with Honey and Hodl Butter:

https://v.nostr.build/udmnvVQ2t4cVtGM7.mp4

1. Get some ground beef (Wagyu in this case).

2. Heat up a griddle-style pan - one with grooves underneath to catch the juices.

3. Turn the stovetop to medium and let the pan heat up. We want to brown the beef well and fairly quickly.

4. Form the beef into large, burger-style patties.

5. Place onto the pan and mash them down flat and even.

6. Keep pressing gently as it cooks.

7. Let it cook until a deep brown crust forms.

8. Move the juices around as needed.

9. Flip and repeat on the other side.

10. Add some butter on top. Let it melt into the meat for a minute, then flip again to finish in the butter.

11. Cut into rows, then into smaller chunks.

12. Let the chunks finish cooking in the butter and oil for another minute or two.

13. Transfer everything to a bowl - include the butter, oil, and crispy bits.

14. Drizzle with local honey.

15. Add a dollop of Hodl Butter.

16. Optional: side of fish, or anything you’d like

17. And if you’re lucky, fire up some CraftCanna bud in the Pax.

18. Eat it all with chopsticks, and enjoy.

I've been eating steak a lot lately, but alas - without hodl butter 🤷

The Pax! 🤜🤛

I love it. One of my top 3 favorite inventions of all time

This is definitely different but I’d try it 👍

Always be down for different. Very good when made well! My favorite.
