More anecdotal evidence about the current Covid surge: got to Atlanta on Tues and daughter felt ill. Tried to get a rapid test at the local Walgreens and they were totally sold out. Pharmacist said “Everybody is right now.” (Ended up getting her tested at Student Health Services and thankfully it wasn’t Covid.)
