Out of curiosity, does it matter what material you’re standing on? I’m thinking rural vs urban environments, grass vs asphalt or concrete. One may argue that those are different, but sand is “natural” and people may say that’s good but concrete is made is sand—does any research answer those questions? Genuinely curious 🫶🏼
