Can't get it to work and am constantly getting this error:

What am I doing wrong? Perhaps this has something to do with why I can't get Highlighter to work as well... I can paste a url, it shows up, I can highlight it on the left of my screen but can't get it to do anything with what I highlighted... It used to work, just want it to again...
