Couldn't something like this just use HD keys and prove the derivation rather than having to find another note (ie proof) somewhere?
Yes, a profile can announce the xpub is using for derivation and provide derivation path for the subkeys used, but there are some security concerns about hardened derivation path if one subkey gets leaked, then with that SK and the xpub you can get the root SK if I'm not wrong (its fairly possible I'm wrong 😅)
I like it, the design ita pretty similar to my prnip41 I crafted last year. But with some differences. I have some comments but I'll add them later as I'm afk. There is some place to discuss?
