If you don't aim to be perfect, but look at conversation as a way to get to know people, it will be a bit easier to start 😁
To be honest, I am a boring person - I don't have that much in depth knowledge to have an hour conversation on any topic. But it doesn't matter, as generally within 5-10 minutes of talking, everyone can find something in common with another person, like food or even flowers or favourite animals or nostalgic school life, etc.
