One idea that will boost the uk economy over night would be to scrap IR35 regulation completely. It’s an unnecessary, pointless and completely ill thought out regulation that completely decimates a private sector
So many things wrong with this, which just clearly shows that uk has been lead and continues to be lead by absolute morons incapable of any kind of innovative thinking.
The first is that regulators are not innovators, they are the exact opposite, they are inhibitors of innovation.
Secondly, regulators are only ever going to suggest more regulation, which in itself will only stifle growth.

Thirdly, governments have never been, and never will be the source of economic growth. Governments have only ever got in the way of economic growth. Governments should never think they can drive growth.
