I can't agree with that.
Many candidates theoretically COULD do a job but never had the chance. One could campaign for them in good faith.
If they had that chance and failed miserably at doing anything useful...
That's going to be both candidates by November.
(But one of them doesn't cackle.)
I’m not sure what “being presidential” even means. Can someone fulfill the responsibilities of the position of Commander-in-Chief and not sell out the United States to our enemies is the baseline requirement. Everything else is just theatrics.
