I did something daring today because when it comes to #composting, I'm a mad scientist!

So... My #Bioreactor started as a 3ft dia x 4ft tall burlap/cattle panel structure.

I had not enough material on my property to fill it (about 3/4 full). I topped it with a healthy layer of leaves and proceeded to let it do its thing.

Fast forward to today (5 months) my pile reduced by 80% and my semi cold pile next to my Bioreactor was screaming at me to "Just Do It!" So.... I did!

I pulled the sprinkler. I adjusted the pipes and I filled the Bioreactor along with all the vermiculture and decomposing stuff on top of the reactor!

I'll top it off again with a healthy layer of leaves and see what happens in the next 7 months!
