I understand your concern, I agree that getting unnecessary force closures for a 10sat zap does not worth it economically.
But as nostr and bitcoin "advertizes" freedom, permissionlessness, etc, it is not the best environment to make this decisions instead of your customers. Here as you see, it makes a big problem. Here it is assumed as an authoritarian solution.
The best you can do, is create a red popup, that can be suppressed by the user if he wants, that you might get force closure sending to zeus. Then he can decide to allow it or not.
I guess you already know it, just wanted give my 5 cents.
