So I have tried out a lot of sites that accept Bitcoin. My favorite is bitrefill. Fast, Easy , Convenient. No hassles. Have successfully bought multiple Walmart and sobeys gift cards! When using then In store, I was able to scan and not require assistance!

Not yet, guess that will be next on my list
I’ve used TBC acouple times, just takes a while to settle when you try to use a card instead of BTC. Will give bitrefill a shot soon
