sure but I would like to be able to curate my feed a bit better. As of now just every random things seems to come in there. Can't I curate it so that more stuff is there that interests me?

Sure. You should have the option of blocking words or hashtags that you don’t desire to see. This should stop most of the other languages. #siamstr is an amazing hashtag for some but this might be one you choose to block.
