When it comes to making money I've tended toward the 1000 true fans model. I know what I make will never be widely commercially successful but I do think the work is good enough to provide some income. It's just finding enough of the right people.

Many people in music now make their money telling other people how to make music. In one way, a decentrailised education system is pretty cool but in reality, a lot of these folks are slaves to a big corp's algorithm, making funny faces and to be honest, a lot of that content is rehashed, old information with no attribution anyway. I've mostly learned by locking myself away for hours at a time, pressing all the buttons until it works or working directly with people smarter than I.

I spent 10 years working in a university and it's not something I want to revisit. I'd rather switch trades than tell someone how they should make music.

Anyway, here's some music I made with my band a little while back. Maybe you'll take a listen? Maybe you'll like it? Maybe you'd send us some sats (or off load some USD or whatever). Who knows...

Nice. I like the ethereal vibe. It sounds similar to London Grammar

Thanks for listening, much appreciated!

Have put some songs up already, our last couple of releases are up. Will do more bits either today or tomorrow. Cheers :)

how beautiful! i’d love to listen to an album w this vibe

Thanks! It's been a little slow as the singer has had a baby and her priorities are elsewhere! We did an EP fairly recently though, which is on BandCamp and Wavlake. https://wavlake.com/album/892aab7b-58c1-4abc-b749-650f5cb9e019
