Well, communism enforced by the state -- where even if you eat the bread off of your own farm you are a "reactionary" (which actually happened in Ukraine under Stalin) -- yes, that is plunder. When "everyone" owns everything in common, then no one really owns anything. It's just another form of tyranny where the Party officials enrich their own pockets and the pockets of their pals--they just shut down all competition to the State.

It is clear, Bastiat was a borgois, he was making proud of himself about being against slavery, oh look i am a so good frenchy, I am against slavery, and at the same time he defending ( just like he says in his own book btw) the bougoisie from confiscation, simple, communist would take from poor people ?? i doubt ..

what you are saying he is trying to say it is not possible as no communist country have ever been created at the time he was writing, so, no chance that he was talknig about russia or china lolololol
