Being addicted to capitalism no matter what the storage of value is gold, bitcoin, water, etc etc is still thinking i could pay more to have someone do it or stockpile one resource and when its in need i can get more work or goods for it no matter if their electronic, in forms of data, or a physical likeness. Greed is greed, gluttony is gluttony. Most down to “earth” people I know that live off the land or act a certain “way” that whole i can live without it if the world ends or technology collapses etc or the whole survivalist mentality in this day and age never own any land and are always looking to come up on a fool who knows not what he has. Intelligence and knowledge are the only currency and storage of value. Knowledge is the only light but it only goes as deep as you can dig it and some dont dig deep at all. Bitcoin is the most “useful” for now though in this digital era, when i first watched the Citizen Four Documentary and seen how deep the NSA was going with their centralization i got a super weird feeling.
