I want to vibecode a mobile app that allows users to photograph an aircraft with (or without) chemtrails and use the phone compass and geolocation to identify the aircraft via an ads-b api, then create a database based on tail number, altitude, weather at altitude, owner, amount of trail, etc etc.

In states that have banned such practices, the user could opt into a class action lawsuit if they live there and if they want to do so, then the app could compile the data and present it.

In other situations it could simply provide data to be used for other research.
