Yes, good idea. I have a couple of patty pan squash that a friend gave me, i can use with this recipe. I think the coconut aminos in the beef is what made the flavor unique.
100% agree. Coconut aminos have a great umami taste that works well with ground beef. I also use coconut aminos in my jerky marinade.
