I was wondering what to do with some ground beef i needed to cook. Wanted something different than burgers or tacos today. So i looked around to see what i had around the kitchen, and this is what i came up with. I cooked the beef with onions and peppers, and added some coconut aminos for a different flavor. This went on top of some baked sweet potatoes, and i must say this is a delicious combination. Very, very, tasty!😋

This recipe works well for last years squash that it’s time to get rid of also.

Yes, good idea. I have a couple of patty pan squash that a friend gave me, i can use with this recipe. I think the coconut aminos in the beef is what made the flavor unique.

100% agree. Coconut aminos have a great umami taste that works well with ground beef. I also use coconut aminos in my jerky marinade.
