Can I tell my clients that every bug they come across is actually a feature and part of the experience? The gaming industry and gamers certainly love to do that.

Yea... it's a shit that the gaming industry is in such a state. Imagine if movies, music, books, pictures, etc, had the same amount of bugs as games, while definitely less complex, people would laugh and critics the creators to oblivion.
My past clients would flip their shit, escalating the issue to the executive levels and beyond if they SUSPECTED that something was a bug. All I could think of was, "man, if this were a game, this wouldn't be happening," lol. Gamers really are accommodated.
