Maybe it's because WoS is so easy to use that they're afraid everyone might start using it in those three countries. Maybe they asked for things that WoS are not willing to bow to and preferred just to leave those much free countries. Just my guess.

I have no doubt that WoS must be one of the Lightning apps with the highest number of downloads and perhaps that made them a target.
