Replying to Avatar rabble

Has anybody build an app that displays / checks NIP-39 external identity verification?

Either as a standalone service, or part of an app when viewing a users profile? I haven’t seen it used but it seems useful.

I've only seen verification by making a Twitter post. That was fairly popular in the beginning of the year but I don't know if it was following that particular NIP
