Lots of relays are now offline. Any recommendations on some good ones to try out?

I see you have nostr.wine, have you tried our Filter relay?
I use Amethyst. 19 relays in my list. I have 13 connected now, but I've seen as low as 9ish. However things seem to work "fine". I found this article which also links to a list of paid and free relays.
