Don't give yourself pressure man. There's no rush. Low time preference.
Their goal is to keep you hooked and pressured to use their app more often. If those apps were actually as successful as they'd like you to believe, they'd have no more users.

Lol yeah these apps are proper pieces of shit anyway, tomorrow there a bunch of profiles again anyway.

Exactly, minimize the pressure that you feel from these apps 🙂
Also, consider your time spent w/ Damus and nostr - you'll be out and about traveling meeting new people, and those with a shared vision. Thats probably the best, most organic way.
