Seems duck can identify you. It says in their terms if you break the law you’ll be responsible for damages. How would they know who broke the law if they don’t store IP data? Doesn’t add up…

Maybe they just say that to make it look like they tried. And you can hide your IP address, which if you're this concerned about extreme precautions, you probably wanna do anyway, I would think.

That said, I don't trust duckduckgo anyway. Generally like them, but I'm just not totally sure. So it's good to go over this stuff.

Plus DDG has an onion site.

Yeah you pretty much can't go wrong on TOR with onion sites with a lot of eyes on them, huh?
