Here’s a proposed text to post:
Proof-of-Work Fitness Challenge 💪
✅ What: Every ~ 10 minutes a new block is mined, ~ 144 blocks / day.
➡️ For every block, do 1 squat, 1 push-up, 1 crunch.
✅ Duration: 4032 blocks, beginning at the next difficulty adjustment on ~ Wed. June 28.
➡️ The challenge will either increase or decrease in difficulty midway (block 2016) in alignment with the mining difficulty adjustment.
✅ How to participate: Do 1 squat, 1 push-up, 1 crunch for every block.
➡️ Share your progress (before / after pics, notes, videos, AI artistic renderings…) using #blocksport
