Instagram is seriously pointless at this point
It was supposed to be watching videos and reels from friends and family
Now it's just "Suggested for you" crap

It's like facebook reels. Pure cancer.

However.. I spent 10 minutes closing all ads, saying no to all suggested groups, blocking ad delivery accounts where possible, unfollowing old groups and pages... And it got a lot better!
I see friends and family updates again! Try it!
I've done that, and it only last for a little while. The suggested posts/ ads come back
