Naturally with an annual physical scheduled for tomorrow. Hooray blood pressure.

GM Cykros -- don't wear yourself out but if you do there's Raktajino 👀

I threw an extra scoop of matcha into my morning bowl along with my Mud/Wtr. Hitting too much caffeine is at least as bad on the blood pressure/cortisol front.

Eating some heart for breakfast though; packed with CoQ10 and collagen to hopefully push against the madness that is parenting.
