Each post will need a new field to allow or not allow and ad embedded in the post.

If allowed a key that will allow advertisers to “bid” on that placement

Each time the post is rendered the client should fetch a “current” ad based on the highest bit for that key or key group (possibly by region )

The advertiser is debited some sats and the client and content creator are credited some sats.
