any who refuses to 'comply', as this will be defined as a mental health issue. this time tho the camps will be in the cloud - you'll seem free but you'll be cut off from large chunks of society through digital wallet restrictions & refusal of entry to public sphere through digital ID 'shadow bans'. even your loved ones will know about it and support it - they'll simply tell you - 'just comply and all your "freedoms" will be restored. if you continue to refuse, you brought this on yourself'.
