I mean, it's not as if the baby is responsible for the rape. Giving out the death penalty to essentially a bystander is pretty messed up. If I was pregnant I could never in good conscience get an abortion. And even if I sufferred after that decision, I would never deserve it.
Many state abortion bans include exceptions for rape. But many people on the frontlines of this issue say getting an abortion in these states after rape is difficult or – in some cases – impossible. 🇺🇸
