The outbox model does not like very large follow lists. I think we will have to offer several little tools to break lists down for Amethyst users: Moving inactive contacts to NIP 51 lists, easier list making and switching in the UI, predictive activity times, priority lists, relay selection tools, etc, etc, etc. This will make nostr better, more decentralized, easier to manage and nicer to browse.
