I think emphasising the ability to build on nostr is huge part of it(?)
And ties in with a lot of the other points - not a company, no-deplatforming

That is a great point, but his audience is not technical.
Perhaps, but also there are people who code in all walks of life, or know people who do. Also as an important feature it also says quite a lot about the nature of Nostr too. Imo
