Semi related - knowledge bases on nostr.
A Knowledge base exists on relay A, another knowledge base with different posting/community rules exists on relay B.
User has no permission to write to these relays, but can still write to relay C (say Damus relay)
User can pull in content from both knowledge bases and contribute to the broader conversation even if they don't have permission to directly contribute to the knowledge bases by posting/commenting on relay C.
