i lift hvac and refrigeration, which are extremely heavy and have given me thicker thighs and arms. i eat clean, but can’t control how my job results in a bigger body.

Size, shape - all a matter of preference (for both sides). So long as there is a care to maintain and continue their path for healthy living, what anyone else thinks is 💩

Based.

Being healthy makes me feel better. Sad that we put looking like a certain standard as the main goal.

I’d rather feel healthy and sharp than look like the “peak physique”, but feel mentally horrible
