I assume there are smaller exchanges regionally that people could migrate to… please, do tell because I have no insight.
there’s not. P2P on Binance is still the easiest method to own crypto. matters worse is these other exchanges allow crypto only deposits. or incurring hefty fee purchasing through 3rd parties not to even mention the issue of minimum purchases.
So Binance is the only easy and cheap fiat on and off ramp
