There's a brewery where I am at that was called Viking Bra ggot, and I was very, very excited when they first started. Unfortunately, they kept cutting corners and cutting corners, and they took the Braggot out of their name.

They would do meads occasionally as well, but I would really like to see a revival of Braggots and a good mead as well.
