Found a way to upload a gif for my profile picture! If you want it too here are the steps to follow:

- go to https://www.iloveimg.com/resize-image

- upload your gif

- resize your gif to a 400x400 aspect ratio

- download the gif resized

- then go to nostr.build

- upload your gif

- copy the link for the gif uploaded

- go to the Damus app

- paste the link on your profile settings on the profile picture string

- save

Enjoy your gif as a profile picture.
