Plan to future:

Build my own server for backup. I am looking for Apple Mac mini (2014 or 2018). Is it good machine for this aplication?

Build my own tor relay node and tor exit node. Running on Mac mini too (probably 2014, is the last version with removable HDDprobably 2014, is the last version with removable HDD).

Mac mini 2014 (i5 or i7 with 8+GB RAM) is compatible with booting ubuntu. Also mini have low power mode.

Are these good plans? Any tips?
