btw, base32 is 5 bits per character, so a 24 bit hex value that represents a colour is 1 bit short of being 5 bech32 characters, like my key has, "mleku" at the end of the bech32 npub
this took about 4 days to mine, so i presume that mining for a nostrudel profile outline colour will take 2-8 days on average
i hope people see how this is useful because it is a major anti-impersonation measure... this raises the bar for impersonators to have to mine for days for each of their alts to pass as visually the same
24 bit colour is pretty recognisable to human eyes also, side by side most people can recognise a difference of two from one of the r/g/b fields
except colourblind ppl of course, but it's still a great anti-impersonation measure, i think
