From outside:

I visited Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House in Buffalo last year. Crazy to see mastery at work

Right?! I wouldn’t have anticipated that I would have felt the experience so deeply. He was a true master.

There was a Frank Lloyd Wright tour of works in Chicagoland back when Gowalla was a thing. (I loved that app. Another FB casualty.) I stayed an extra day one trip there on business and hit all of the locations. It was a treat seeing so many early works where he was getting accustomed to following simple inspirations. Ended up in some sketchy neighborhoods, though. One street I turned down to get to a location was a no-go about half a block in...I reversed all the way back out and peaced around to my spot by another way.

😍

He is the best.

I love his design.

The book Fountainhead was inspired by him.

Agreed and same here.

Yes! I’ve heard that.

Great book.
